The link to Courses you are enrolled in  Community Member Directory is located in the left side Community Navigation Menu. The enrolled courses link is the first icon link at the top.

Member Directory – The link to the Community Member Directory is located in the left side Community Navigation Menu. Once you click the Members Icon you will be taken to the Members Directory. The Member Directory is where you can find and connect with the entire sUAS Community. Members profiles on the Member Directory page have to icon below the bottom on their profile picture. The linked icon is how you can Connect with and/or Message community members.

Connect – Click on the Connection Request Linked Icon to send the member a request to connect with them. The member will have the option to approve or deny your request. If you are approved, you will be granted permission to message the connected member publicly and privately.

Sending Messages – After you are connected to another member the Message a Connection linked icon will be added below the bottom of the connected members profile picture. Clicking the Message a Linked Connection icon is how you can message you new connection privately. When you click on the Message icon, you will be taken to your message center where you can compose your message. After you are done composing you message Click Send. The connected member will receive the message and the Email Notification Icon located on the left side of the Main Navigation menu at the top of the screen will  alert the member that they have a message.

You can view your orders by visiting your Profile Dashboard and clicking on the Shop Tab. Once your on the Shop Screen click on the sub-menu Orders link. On your Profile Dashboard → Shop → Orders Screen you will find a list of all of your orders.

You can find information about your Subscription by visiting your Profile Dashboard and clicking on the Subscription Tab. You can also find a Link to your Subscription information by  clicking on your name in the navigation menu at the top of the site. Next hover over the Membership menu item located towards the bottom of the user menu and the Membership menu will appear. Click on the Membership Info link. You will be taken to the Membership Info Screen.

You can reset you password by visiting the Account Settings Login Information Screen. You can find the Account Settings options by  clicking on your name in the navigation menu at the top of the site. Next hover over the Account menu item and the Account menu will appear. Click on the Login Information link. You will be taken to the Account Settings Login Information Screen.

On the Sign In Page, you will find a link at the bottom of the form labeled, Forgot Password. Click on the Forgot Password link to reset you password.

 

Usually when a user is experiencing problems viewing a course but we cannot replicate the problem on our end, the problem is related to Browser Cache and/or Website Cookies.

  1. Hover over the Security Padlock in the top left corner of the Browser URL Bar
  2. Click on the Security Padlock
  3. Click on the arrow pointing to the right next to the website name
  4. Find and Select  More Information
    1. This will open the Page Info Browser Window
    2. This is where you can manage cookies and cache
  5. Find and Select the button labeled Remove Cookies and Site Data
  6. Locate the website  you want to clear the data for and click on it to select it
    1. Select the button labeled Remove
    2. Close the Page Info Browser Window
  7. Refresh the page
    1. Hard Refresh Options
      • First Option
        • Put your cursor in the URL bar and hit Enter on your Keyboard.
      • Second Option
        • CTRL + SHFT + R on PC
        • CMD + SHFT + R on MAC

  1. Visit the website
  2. Hover over the Security Padlock in the top left corner of the Browser URL Bar
  3. Select Cookies
  4. Scroll down until you see your site url
  5. Select your site url
  6. Select Remove
  7. Refresh the page
    1. Hard Refresh Options

        • Put your cursor in the URL bar and hit Enter on your Keyboard.
      • Second Option
        • CTRL + SHFT + R on PC
        • CMD + SHFT + R on MAC

If  you have been registered for the sUAS Pro site and did not get the registration email, please check your spam folder.

To prevent emails coming  from the sUAS Pro site from ending up in your spam folder, you should whitelist the email address the emails are sent from:

admin@suas-professional.com

If the email is not in your inbox or spam folder, the email may have been blocked by  your email client and whitelisting the admin email address will allow you to receive the emails from the sUAS Pro site.

You can find instructions on how to whitelist an email address for your email client by Googling or Searching the internet for How to whitelist an email address for… plus the name of your email client i.e. iCloud Mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail etc.
