These courses are developed by expert pilots and educators who actual fly and instruct professional operators. Our comprehensive programs are designed for mission specific advanced training on subjects as search and rescue, thermal imaging, aerial mapping and photogrammetry, inspections, videography and more.
sUAS Pro is a for-profit organization under the laws of the State of Oregon. sUAS Pro has developed learning courses that are made available through an online learning management system, and these courses are protected by copyright under the laws of the United States.
Mike Davis
sUAS Pro Founder
Mike Davis is the founder of sUAS LLC dedicated to offering quality sUAS training. Mr. Davis is a Professor of sUAS Technology at the Columbia Gorge Community College. Manager of sUAS Services & Consulting at Aero Drone Corporation.
Professor Davis is a Commercial Pilot with FAR 135 experience. Instrument rated in Single and Multi-Engine aircraft. Mr. Davis holds a Remote Pilot License and is active in offering to consult and training to his clients. Creating College accredited sUAS courses he holds the position of Adjunct Professor – sUAS Technology.
Professor Davis has over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing, International Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing. Extensive experience in China, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. Created and managed manufacturing facilities and distribution locations throughout Asia. Marketed and sold electronic products in over 17 different countries.
Professor Davis hold a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in law.
Appointed by the Washington State Governor to serve on the Global Competitiveness Council. The council identified ways to enhance Washington’s competitiveness in the world marketplace and to help frame the future for Washington.
Professor Davis’ Patent related to lasers and their portable applications was submitted in 2010.
